- Price
- In the Japanese stores, the launch price is ¥800 including tax through October 31, 2026, and ¥1,500 including tax from November 1, 2026. Outside Japan, the price shown in your country or region’s App Store or Google Play applies. Always confirm the price on the final purchase screen.
- Additional charges
- You are responsible for data charges and any other costs required to access the internet.
- Payment method and timing
- Payment is made using a method offered by the App Store or Google Play. Your store account is charged when you confirm the purchase, subject to that store’s terms.
- Delivery
- The unlocked features are normally available immediately after payment is completed.
- Offer period
- The launch price is available through October 31, 2026. Any suspension or end of sales will be announced in the App or through the applicable store.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Because this is digital content, purchases cannot be cancelled for convenience after completion. Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by the rules of the App Store or Google Play used for the purchase and by applicable law.
- System requirements
- A supported device capable of installing the App and running iOS or iPadOS 26.0 or later, or Android 7.0 or later. Availability may depend on operating-system updates, device performance, and the regions served by each store.
- Restoration and use
- Purchases can be restored under the same store account to the extent permitted by that store. Entitlements cannot be transferred between different stores, such as iOS and Android. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
- Future features
- One purchase includes the locked features available at the time of purchase and any locked Star Dial features added in the future, at no extra charge.
- Product characteristics
- Star Dial includes features designed to influence draw probabilities, wheel movement, pre-result effects, result displays, or the flow of a redraw. Do not use it for a draw that must be fair or independently verifiable. See the Terms of Use for details.
